O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioners' complaint dated 04.12.2023 in pursuance of the order dated 29.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.63517 of 2024 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and proceed with investigation in accordance with law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has filed Crl.M.P.No.63517 of 2024 before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, and learned Magistrate has passed the following order. The Complaint filed by the Complainant and documents enclosed along with the complaint perused. The averments in the complaint made out cognizable offences. The allegations leveled in the Complaint shows that the Police investigation is indeed a must. The Complainant established prima facie case. Hence, the Complaint is forwarded under section 175(3) BNSS to The Inspector of Police, K-2 Ayanavaram Police Station. The Inspector of Police is hereby directed the conduct the preliminary Investigation, if the prima facie 2/4

case is made out, proceed with case in accordance with law.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry in the complaint will be completed within a period of four weeks and a report would be submitted to the concerned Court.
