This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8875 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 to appear before respondent daily at 10.30 am for 2 weeks thereafter to appear before the respondent on every Saturday until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
