[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 204 days in representing the Criminal Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent who strongly opposed this petition being allowed.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and the petitioner has given sufficient cause to condone the delay.

4.Since the reasons are to the satisfaction of this Court, the above petition is ordered and the delay of 204 days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for hearing in the usual course.
