This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner's father is running a sweet stall and restaurant in the premises belonging to one Ramamani. Due to some dispute, the said Ramamani filed RCOP.Nos.659 of 2015 and 641 of 2016 to evict the petitioner's father. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent police in collusion with the landlord, threatened the petitioner and his father that they will evict the petitioner's father from the premises. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 23.05.2018 and since there was no response, the petitioner has filed this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.If the respondent, wants to enquire the petitioner, they can follow the due process of law by issuing necessary notice to the petitioner for his appearance.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
