ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register a FIR in the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.07.2021 in CSR.No.127/2021 dated 21.07.2021.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 25.01.2021 thereafter CSR was assigned. But, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR assigned. Both the parties were called for enquiry and thereafter, the case was closed on 01.09.2021 on the ground of money dispute pending between them. Hence, they were advised to approach the appropriate Court and he further submits that the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner.
