This petition has been filed seeking exemption from surrendering in S.T.C.No.156/2015 dated 06.07.2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode.

2. This Court, by order dated 16.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8233 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1181 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, there is no necessity for exemption to surrender the petitioner before the Lower Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
