ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued by the Court below to secure accused person and produce before the Court.
2. Considering the limited scope of this petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute a bailable warrant issued by the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town dated 04.07.2019 and produce the accused person before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. This Criminal Original petition is disposed of, accordingly.
