[Order of the court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN.J.,] When the writ petition was listed on 27.08.2021 for hearing and called in the court, there had been no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this court had directed the writ petition to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition further. Therefore, this court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution by the petitioner. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP stands closed.
