2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2016.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.06.2016 to the respondents seeking to consider him for promotion to the post of "Health Educator" based on G.O.Ms.No.347 Health and Family Welfare (L1) Department, dated 29.10.2014. But, the same was not considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
