O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders in the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner on 02.10.2019 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner who was aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent dated 08.08.2017, had filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent on 02.10.2019. In fact, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.No.16550 of 2019 and the petitioner was given liberty to withdraw the writ petition and file a Revision Petition before the concerned authority. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner had filed the Revision petition before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and final orders shall be passed strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
