ORDER
The petitioner who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.71/2009 on the file of the second respondent has come up with this petition seeking transfer of investigation of the said case to C.B.C.I.D., Krishnagiri District.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on completing investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, and the learned Judge has taken cognizance in S.C.No.151/2014 for offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition and if the petitioner has got any grievance, regarding the final report, he could work out his remedies before the appropriate forum. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infrutuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
