Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.10.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation in the year 2020. After a period of four years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
