Prayer : Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 397(1) & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to suspend the sentence imposed by the second respondent in Misc. Petition No.32/2020 in Na.Ka. No.176/Ni.Se.Na.Ka.thu.aa.Pa.tho.Ma/2020 vide an order dated 23.10.2020 and enlarge the petitioner on bail. ORDER

The matter is listed before this Court, today (04.06.2021), and it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier suspension of sentence was granted to the petitioner vide Order dated 21.12.2020, wherein, in paragraph Nos.11 and 12 as well as "To" address, portion, the prison address has been wrongly mentioned as the Superintendent, Central Prison, Puzhal, whereas the correct address as "the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore".

2. On a perusal of Order dated 21.12.2020, it is seen that typographical error has crept in and the prison address has been wrongly mentioned as the Superintendent, Central Prison, Puzhal in paragraph Nos.11, 12 as well as in the "To" address portion. Accordingly, the address "the Superintendent, Central Prison, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Puzhal" found in para Nos.11 and 12 of the order as also in the "To address" portion shall stand corrected as "the Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore". Except for the above modification, the remaining portion of the order dated 21.12.2020 in Crl. MP. No.7734 of 2020 in Crl. Rc. No.1116 of 2020 shall stand unaltered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections, as noted above and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties. -sd/- 04/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
