ORDER
This Original Application had been filed to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondent/defendant and their men and agents from in any manner making, uploading, writing, printing publishing broadcasting, distributing or disseminating in print media or electronic media or internet media or any form whatsoever any defamatory material, statements, continuing in uploading, publishing- including the purported/video/audio any material or statement, relating to or arising from, relatable to the applicants/plaintiffs channel https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
Behindwoods which is effecting and damaging the name and reputation of applicant/plaintiffs channel Behindwoods in any manner, pending disposal of the Suit.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
3. Inspite of notice having been served on the respondent both through Court as well as privately, the respondent is not present before this Court either in person or through a counsel.
4.An order of injunction dated 14.07.2025 was passed by taking into consideration that private notice had been served. Court notice had also been served on the respondent as early as on 07.07.2025, which is also evidenced from the endorsement made by the Bailiff. Hence, the interim order dated 14.07.2025, is made absolute and the Application stands allowed accordingly.
