Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the delay of 193 days that has been occasioned in the filing of petition for Restoration of CMP No.12123 of 2019 which stands for non-compliance of conditional order dated 05/08/2019 (IN CMP.No.20795 of 2021) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREE VIDHYA, Advocate for the Petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the restoration application for non-compliance of the order in C.M.P.No.12123 of 2019 in C.M.A.SR.No.139315 of 2018 dated 05.08.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. The said delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- shall be paid to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai today, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
