Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders imposed in the order dated 05.03.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.2922 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2922 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners havr been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2922 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1399 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
