(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is present in Court and tenders apology for his conduct. We thus permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, but caution him that such a conduct is not to be countenanced and for the purposes of record, this should be placed in his Service Register.
