Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.12679 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.17490 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on Monday, Wednesday and Friday till the charge sheet is filed, when charge sheet is filed report before the trial Court on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday till Charges are framed, thereafter when the trial is commenced, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date. (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.12679 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.17490 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on Monday, Wednesday and Friday till the charge sheet is filed, when charge sheet is filed report before the trial Court on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday till Charges are framed, thereafter when the trial is commenced, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed and it is pending in committal in PRC.No.38 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu on the first working day of January 2021 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the concerned Magistrate Court.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
