O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 03.07.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.4702 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.4702 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court on 12.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12560 of 2023, granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, petitioner filed an application before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore for modification of the condition, however, the same was dismissed on the ground that, petitioner/accused had not obeyed the condition imposed by this Court.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court finds no reasonable ground to set-aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.
