This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 18.02.2023 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1172/2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
