When the matter was posted on 19.12.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was ordered to be posted next week under the caption " for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
