ORDER
According to the petitioner, his son is married to 6th respondent, who is working as Teacher with the Muthampatty Panchayat Union Elementary School, Kanthil Union, Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District. According to him, the 6th respondent has got her appointment as Teacher by using forged certificates. According to the petitioner, respondents 7 to 10 have colluded with the 6th respondent and obtained forged certificates and on the basis of which, she got her appointment as Teacher and therefore, the petitioner seeking a direction before this Court directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider his representation dated 12.03.2019 and take appropriate action against respondents 6 to 10.
2.From the above averments, it is clear that the petitioner is trying to drag this Court into a family dispute and seeking a blanket direction to take action against respondents 6 to 10. Obviously, the petitioner has axe to grind as against the 6th respondent who happen to be a daughter-in-law and in order to settle his personal scores has come up with the present litigation invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.The constitutional jurisdiction of this Court is not meant for settling the personal scores of the petitioner and the 6th respondent and this Court is of the view that it is a gross abuse of process of this Court such a litigation has been conceived and filed.
4.In the above circumstances, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is motivated and lacks merit and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
