ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the plea of suspension of sentence is disposed on in pursuant to the judgment dated 13.01.2020 passed in C.A.No.34 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal confirming the judgment dated 29.07.2019 passed in C.C.No.339 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court by an order dated 16.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8236 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1182 of 2020. In view of the above, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the trial Court. Hence the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
