This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to relating to FIR in Crime No.09/2010 on the file of W21, All Women Police Station, Guindy, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/State and the learned counsel for appearing for the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.9 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.533 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
