This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant. 2.Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that in paragraph 6 of the order dated 06.08.2020, some typographical errors have been crept in, namely, it has been stated that the property in question was sold to the respondent instead of mentioning as 'the property in question is proposed to be sold to the respondent'. Moreover, it has been stated that 1/3rd share has been given to the appellant instead of mentioning as '1/3rd share amount is yet to be given by the respondent'.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, para 6 of the order dated 06.08.2020 shall be read as follows:

'6.When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that as per direction of this Court on 19.02.2020, the property in question is proposed to be sold to the respondent. Thereafter, from and out of total http://www.judis.nic.in

vga sale consideration, 1/3rd share amount is yet to be given by the respondent and 2/3rd share of total consideration has been utilised for the purpose of purchasing the property in favour of two minor daughters and to corroborate the same, he has produced a copy of the Sale Deed dated 05.03.2020 bearing Document No.673/2020 executed in favour of two minor daughters of the appellant/Gayathiri.'
