ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as for the learned counsel for the respondents would state that the orders passed in W.P.No.30138 of 2010 dated 29.12.2010 has been complied with. In support of the same G.O (2D).No.82, School Education Department, dated 11.12.2022 has also been produced before this Court.

2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents and also considering the Government Order produced before this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
