This petition is filed to condone the delay of 886 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.2,000/- in the First Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 886 days in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
