This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2021 in W.P.No.1698 of 2021. 1/4
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.1698 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in respect of settlement of the amount along with a copy of the Cheque bearing No.351444 dated 04.02.2023 for Rs.18,500/-.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the settlement, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate Forum. No costs.
