The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking exemption from surrendering pursuant to the sentence passed against the petitioner in the judgment dated 17.12.2019 made in C.A.No.347 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, confirming the judgment and conviction dated 02.08.2018 made in C.C.No.124 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Magisterial Level, Coimbatore, enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.This Court, by order dated 17.12.2020, had suspended the sentence of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7757 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1120 of 2020. In view of the above, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the Lower Court. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
