This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 6th respondent to demolish the petitioner's compound wall for constructing a storm water drainage.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, on instructions, submitted that now the respondents have taken a decision not to demolish the compound wall of the petitioner, instead they have decided to construct a separate storm water drainage and they have also called for tender for the same. He has also produced the communication dated 08.11.2018 sent by them.

3. Considering the fact that since now the respondents have decided not to demolish the compound wall of the petitioner and they are going to construct a separate storm water drainage, no further order is required in this writ petition.
