This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the Appeal dated 02.09.2019 against the orders (1.Proceedings A1 (RV) 3081/2477/2017 dated 05.12.2018 of the third respondent and 2. Proceedings No.2146/19(U) dated 26.07.2019 of the second respondent) on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Considering the limited scope sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, at the time of admission, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to dispose appeal/review of the petitioner dated 02.09.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
