ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram to expedite the hearing in Spl.S.C.No.02 of 2021 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram to 2/4
expedite the hearing in Spl.S.C.No.02 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
