The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Vellore in Dis.No.512 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.OP.No.18187 of 2021, this Court by an order dated 21.07.2022, directed to dispose of the case in CC.No.354 of 2021 within a period of six months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Vellore has sent communication dated 05.09.2023 through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to complete the trial.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the case in CC.No.354 of 2021 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
