Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended by this Court as early as on 22.01.2024 on certain conditions, since the petitioner is not able to find any blood relative surety to execute a bond, she is still in the prison, accordingly prays for modification of the onerous condition No.10(i) imposed on the petitioner.

2.In view of the above, this Court modifies the condition No.10(i) as ".... with two sureties"

instead of "of whom, one should be a blood relative".

3.The other conditions of the order dated 22.01.2024 stands unaltered.
