Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in proceedings Pro.Roc.No.11062/Admin./3/2011 dated 26.04.2012 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same in so for as the petitioner being transferred from Tiruvallur to Tiruvannamalai is concerned and to direct the second respondent to post the petitioner at Tiruvallur as Junior Rehabilitation Officer.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in proceedings Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.5400/Admn.1/2010 dated 16.10.2015 passed by the second respondent and consequential relieving order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.1352/2015 dated 13.11.2015 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner being transferred from Tiruvallur to Dharmapuri is concerned and to direct the second respondent to post the petitioner at Tiruvallur as District Differently Abled Welfare Officer.
