ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.31118 of 2013 dated 21.02.2018 in and thereby committing contempt. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31118 of 2013 dated 21.02.2018, the application of the petitioner for issuance of patta was rejected and the rejection order has been placed before this Court.

3. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law.
