(CRIME NO. 83/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 07.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8016 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14472 of 2020 the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Cum Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikal daily at 05.30pm until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR PUDUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 07.04.2021 this Court had modified the condition in Crl.MP.No.8016 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No. 14472 of 2020 on certain conditions.

2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 07.04.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
