ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the letter of the second respondent in letter No.HR5/338/11 dated as 10.07.2012. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Though the petitioner has challenged the cancellation of allotment as well as auction notification dated 29.08.2021 issued by the second respondent, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted the petitioner's claim to consider the representation for fresh allotment in the same lay out on merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking allotment of new plot in the same Hosur Housing Scheme on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
