2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition.

An endorsement to that effect is also made in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
