This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11134 of 2024 vide order dated 03.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has also been filed in this case.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner, apart from the Court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
