The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail before this Court as against the NonBailable Warrant issued against him in P.R.C.No.28 of 2010 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee on 10.06.2022.

2. The petitioner has to move before the concerned trial Court by filing an appropriate application as contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code, to seek the relief.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Court.
