Heard Mr.B.L.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition has become necessitated as the original appellant, Ms.Ambiga, since is represented by her Power Agent/her mother Mrs.Kamala Elumalai, who filed this petition representing the original appellant and in support of her contentions, the Power of Attorney Holder has filed a supporting affidavit and also a copy of the Power of Attorney dated 17.08.2022 before this Court.

Having gone through the same and being satisfied with the said position, this petition stands ordered and the cause-title is accepted.
