O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders permitting the petitioner to participate in the career advancement scheme sanctioned for Assistant Professors selected and appointed in the year 2019 from academic level-11 to academic level-12 in pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent in R.C.No.190/A2/2025 dated 13.01.2025, on par with the batch-mates appointed in the year 2019, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.02.2025,
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has give a representation dated 12.02.2025 to the second respondent claiming career advancement scheme and such representation is
yet to be considered by the second respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.
5. In such view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2025 and pass orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
