Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 7 herein to take appropriate speedy action on the Complaints/Petitions/representations of the petitioner dated 24.06.2018 and 02.07.2018 addressed to the Respondent 1 and 2 herein and to proceed against the Respondents 8 and 9 in accordance with law, viz., as per Section 23 of ''The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act (56 of 2007)'' and consequently forbear the Respondents 3 to 7 from accepting any documents of any nature whatsoever presented by the 8th and 9th Respondents Dr.Monoj Chand Dayan and Akila Sivaranjini, for any type of registration of any transaction or alienation in respect of the subject matter of the said adjudication vide proceedings No.2537 of 2018, before the 2nd respondent. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 1 to 7 herein to take appropriate speedy action on the Complaints/Petitions/representations of the petitioner dated 24.06.2018 and 02.07.2018 addressed to the Respondent 1 and 2 herein and to proceed against the Respondents 8 and 9 in accordance with law, viz., as per Section 23 of ''The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act (56 of 2007)'' and consequently forbear the Respondents 3 to 7 from accepting any documents of any nature whatsoever presented by the 8th and 9th Respondents Dr.Monoj Chand Dayan and Akila Sivaranjini, for any type of registration of any transaction or alienation in respect of the subject matter of the said adjudication vide proceedings No.2537 of 2018, before the 2nd respondent.

2. The earlier counsel for the petitioner represented that already the entire case bundle and change of Vakalath were handed over to the petitioner. 3/6

3. The petitioner did not take steps to engage any counsel. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner by person or through pleader.
