This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24086 of 2021 dated 13.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigation Officer on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m and the investigation has not yet completed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
