This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12856 of 2024 vide order dated 30.05.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
