Seeking directions to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2025, by taking appropriate action against the 6th respondent by shifting the 6th respondent Manufacturing industry to a commercial Zone area, the writ petition is filed. Page No.2 of 7
2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R1, R2 and R4 and Mr.Najeeb Usmankhan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for R3.
3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner's mother Mrs.G.Kumutha, is the absolute owner of land bearing Site No.30, measuring of 2000 Sq.ft. in Survey No.143, present Survey No.143/2 in a DTCP regularised layout named Vallalar Nagar, in Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, she having purchased the same under a sale deed dated 27.02.2020. The 6th respondent who is an adjacent owner is running a grinder manufacturing industry in the name of "Maruthi Grinder Industries". As the 6th respondent was running the grinder manufacturing industry in a residential area that too, without any authorisation, causing noise and air pollution, blocking the roads and dumping industrial wastes in the adjacent lands, thereby, creating trouble to Page No.3 of 7
the neighbourhood. The petitioner sent several representations to the concerned authorities complaining against the illegal activities of the 6th respondent. However, there was no response from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner sent another representation on 06.02.2025, to the respondents 1 to 3, but even then, no action was taken. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents, the petitioner filed the above writ petition.

Though several issues have been raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if, this Court directs the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2025, by taking appropriate action shifting the 6th respondent's industry viz., "Maruthi Grinder Industries" to a commercial Zone area.

In view of the above facts and considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to direct the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2025, and pass appropriate orders on Page No.4 of 7
merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
