In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 170 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to Pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 06.01.2020, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
