This writ petition is filed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2013 followed by reminder dated 21.03.2018 in order to issue patta to the land comprised in S.No.1E3B2 and 1E2A2 of an extent of 36.5 cents situated at Kota Goundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Having regard to the nature of dispute, this court is of the view that the third respondent can be directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2013, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of in the following lines: The third respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits after issuing notice to the petitioner or any one interested. This order is passed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of petitioner's contention.
