This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.180 of 2023 on the file of the learned Special Court to deal with cases related to POCSO Act, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District and set aside the Judgment dated 27.12.2023 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.A.No.319 of 2024.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Miscellaneous petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
